With gas costs rising and the icy winter weather in full bitter effect, you would have thought that Xbox 360 owners would be grateful for the extra warmth provided by Microsoft’s super console. Indeed, the packaged power supply alone looks like it could generate enough power to keep a small country going through the winter months. Looking at the volume of complaints Microsoft have received regarding the 360’s overheating problems however, it seems you can’t please some people. PC manufacturer CoolIT Systems has the answer, as they are to unveil the machine’s first liquid cooling system in the US this week at the Consumer Electronics Show convention. They will have units on hand with and without the cooling system in order to demonstrate how much cooler and quieter the system is with a bit of cool liquid running through its veins. Just don’t go moaning next winter when you’re freezing cold, and you're poor little 360 can no longer keep you warm. are.H Cex Towers
