Stay on topic losers! His Dark Materials trilogy is great. It's about a girl called Lyra and she goes on a journey and meets some uberly cool characters like a polar bear, witches, the coolest guy in all the worlds called Will and saves dead peoples lives! great great book and I'm kind of disapointed that you haven't even read them yet since the hype is well over with.

Im not gonna watch the res tof the harry potter films as i know they spoil what the books create, missing important facts and points which build the characters as they're meant to be seen. AS for his dark materials, the first book "Northern Lights" is so far bloody brilliant, only been reading it since thursdays but im about 3/4 the way through it
